Everything In One Place

We draft your site plan and our licensed in-house PE reviews and stamps it. No back and forth between a drafter and a separate engineer.

We use GIS parcel data, satellite imagery, and local zoning requirements for your address. Once drafted, our PE reviews it for compliance and applies their official stamp and signature. Your stamped, permit-ready plan lands in your inbox.

Available as an add-on to any of our site plan packages. We confirm PE licensure for your state before you pay anything.

What Is a PE Stamp?

A PE stamp is the official seal of a licensed Professional Engineer. When a PE stamps your plan, they are legally certifying that the work meets all applicable building codes and engineering standards — and they take full professional responsibility for it. PE licenses are state-issued and must match your project's state.

Why Site Plans Online USA

Built Different

Most homeowners and contractors deal with two separate vendors — a drafter and an engineer. We eliminate that entirely. One team, one email, one invoice.

Get My PE Stamp Quote
One team, one invoice

Drafting and stamping handled together. No coordinating between vendors — one email, one payment.

Faster than traditional firms

Drafting and review happen simultaneously in the same team — not as two sequential steps.

Our PEs take full legal responsibility for every plan they stamp. Not a rubber-stamp service.

Revisions re-stamped free

Minor city-requested changes are re-stamped at no extra charge. No new fees from each party.

Nationwide PE coverage

We confirm state PE licensure before you order. If we can't cover your state, we say so upfront.

No. A PE can only stamp work they prepared or directly supervised. If your plan was drafted elsewhere, we would need to redraft it ourselves before stamping. Contact us and we'll quote the full service.
Yes. Send us your rejection notice, your plan, and your property address. We redraft it correctly and have our PE stamp it. Contact us to get started.
No. Most decks, sheds, pools, fences, and garages only need a standard non-certified site plan from $109. PE stamps are required when structural engineering is involved or when your building department specifically requests one.
Yes — and this is often the smartest approach. Start with our standard residential plan from $109. If the city asks for a stamp afterward, we apply it. No need to pay for PE stamp services upfront if you might not need them.
Minor drawing changes are re-stamped at no charge. If the city requires new structural calculations or major engineering changes beyond the original scope, we quote that separately before proceeding.
Typically 2–5 business days. Need it faster? Mention your deadline in your quote request and we will confirm rush availability. Rush options are available for most plan types.
