Why This Business Exists
I am a Civil Engineer. I have been preparing permit drawings since 2015—eleven years.
Before Site Plans Online USA, I worked on permit sets across Florida, California, and Texas. I saw the same problem in every market. A permit would be returned—not because the project was wrong, but because the site plan used the wrong scale, missed a required dimension, or was formatted incorrectly for the county portal.
The project was fine. The site plan was not.
In 2021, I founded Site Plans Online USA to make those problems disappear before an application is submitted—not after.
What that means in practice
Before drawing, we pull the GIS parcel record, confirm zoning and setbacks, check portal formatting, and review flood-zone, HVHZ, canal, easement, and jurisdiction requirements. Then we draw.
